Brooke said that she never had a problem with the "goddesses" taking care of her children, and then Charlie told TMZ he was talking with Brooke's lawyers to reinstate the custody agreement they previously had.
Well, that's all f-cked now, because one of the clauses in the agreement was that Charlie wasn't supposed to discuss it with the media. Did her lawyers really think that was going to happen? A dog's gotta bark, a player's gotta play, and Charlie Sheen's gotta talk to everybody about everything. It's just the way things are.
Right after they reached the deal, he immediately Tweeted about it and was interviewed on a Philadelphia radio station. So basically, they said:
"Ok, Charlie. You can see the kids, as long as you don't go public with this. Got it?"
"Got it."
"What are you doing?"
"You put the hash mark in front of the word 'winning', right?"
A source also told TMZ that Charlie left out the fact that the agreement said a "monitor" must be present when he has the twins.
Can the Today Show, Dan Patrick, and GMA count as "monitors"? We're basically watching a 24-hour live feed of Charlie Sheen's life at this point.
He and Brooke will meet in court on Monday to further discuss the agreement.
