Minako Komukai a popular gravure idol
Minako Komukai 25, a fugitive Japanese porn actress is in Manila Philippines last January 21, 2011. Her arrival was confirmed by the Bureau of Immigration (BI) in a plane ride of Delta Airlines (DL173) flight from Tokyo according to the Immigration records.
Komukai is temporarily staying at Glorietta 4, Ayala Center, Makati, Philippines.
According to report, last February 18 2011, she filed for an extension on her visa to extend her stay in the country, because under the Philippine law she can stay only for 21-days as a tourist in the country.
Rolando Mendoza Bureau of Immigration Officer In-Charge said, Komukai can stay legally in the country until March 21, 2011 because the Japanese Embassy until now did not order any deportation.
“As long as she will not do anything illegal, Komukai shall be considered as a legal alien in the country,” said Mendoza.
According to the report, Japan Embassy was sending a request letter to the Bureau of Immigration asking for a copy of Komukai’s arrival card, but the letter does not show any official request for Komukai’s deportation.
The letter was signed by Kenichi Horii Japanese Embassy Consul.
Last week from Tokyo Metropolitan Police was issued a warrant of arrest for Komokai.
This is in connection that Komukai’s name found in the list of customers after the Japanese policemen arrested a gang of Iranian and Japanese drug dealers last year.
According to the Police record, it was not the first run-in of Komukai against the law. Sometime in 2009 she was arrested in her possession with amphetamine. She was penalized of 18-months term in prison but it was suspended for three years.
Minako Komukai was born May 27, 1985 in Hasuda, Saitama Prefecture, Japan. She became popular gravure idol in her early age of 15 and at the year 2001 she was selected as Fuji Television Visual Queen. But on February 2010 she received a suspended sentence for illegal stimulants.
